So many people out there don't know the value of doing business with members of the BBB when they take on a large purchase that can affect them for the rest of their lives, such as when they buy a house or take out a loan to help them with their own businesses. I learned the hard way about not checking 'the other guy' out first, and have been relying on the BBB for years as a result.
