Established in 1987 as a Commercial Debt Management company in Houston,
Texas, American Finasco has served thousands of clients in all regions
of the United States.
The profile of American Finasco's client is a closely held, under-capitalized
corporation, with gross revenues between $500,000 and $100,000,000.
As a result of various monetary demands made upon our clients, most
are forced to deal with legal demands, collection agents, and other
events that distract management from the primary needs of the business.
The American Finasco organization consists of a network of Independent
Sales Representatives, a National Referring Attorney Network, and
a full-time Account Executive and Administrative staff.

Mitchell W. Vicknair - President/CEO
Mitchell W. Vicknair acquired American Finasco and became its President/CEO in 2009. After spending the majority of his career directly involved in management roles with banking institutions, Mitchell joined American Finasco. He saw in American Finasco an opportunity to use his extensive banking background and financial services knowledge in a new and exciting way.
Mitchell graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Houston in May of 1987. He went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in May of 1990.
After completing his education Mitchell went on to spend 20 years in Banking and Financial Services. He was very successful during these years creating and managing some of the strongest SBA departments in Texas. What originally drew Mitchell to SBA lending was the opportunity to help small business owners succeed and grow. Similarly, what attracted him to American Finasco was the opportunity to help small business owners increase cash flow and improve their outlook for the future. Mitchell brings to his new company a wealth of knowledge that will enhance the strong client service American Finasco is already known for in the Turnaround Industry.
In addition to his active role as President /CEO of American Finasco, Mitchell maintains and active role in the community by volunteering his time to many causes. He recently completed his tenure as Board Chairman of the YMCA and he currently spends the majority of his time volunteering for his children’s school and his Church, St. Anthony’s in The Woodlands, TX. Mitchell is married to his wife Karen of 19 years, together they have 3 children. He enjoys sports including golf, softball and tennis.
Mitchell has an open door policy and is easily accessible by phone or e-mail as well. Mitchell prides himself on having a high ethical standard and building relationships through honesty and trust.

Tom Benecke - Regional Sales Manager
Tom Benecke joined American Finasco in February of 1995. In
his time with American Finasco Tom has put forth great efforts to
help build and establish a commercial debt management market in
Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. Always looking for new ways to expand our territories and reach
out to help find clients that truly need our Debt Consolidation
Service, Tom has been a great asset to the sales team. He currently
holds the position as a Regional Sales Manager for the eastern region
of the country.
In his tenure with American Finasco Tom has earned the highest
award of “Top of American Finasco” for his achievements in 1999
and 2004. Tom was also awarded and entered “The Millionaires Club”
in January 2005.
Tom comes from a strong background in sales and management. Tom
has experience working for companies of various types and sizes,
with the majority of his experience in financial services.

Mark Blott - Regional Sales Manager
Mark Blott has over fourteen years of combined experience with American
Finasco. Mark has been in or around American Finasco since its founding
days in 1988 and has been a full time Sales Consultant since 2000.
Mark represents our Houston, Texas market which is home to our corporate
offices. Mark is also the Regional Sales Manager for the southwestern
region of the country.
Mark has successfully assigned and serviced some of our largest
clients at American Finasco. He is very effective at servicing the
small-to-medium sized business, yet just as capable and successful
working with large multimillion-dollar corporations. He is a constant
successful achiever.
In his tenure with American Finasco Mark has received the top honor
of “Top of American Finasco” in 1993 and in 2001. Mark also entered
“The Millionaires Club” in January 2005. In February 2009, Mark received the award
for "Top Sales Performance" in 2008.
Mark has vast sales experience from real estate to business finance.
For extracurricular enjoyment he enjoys being involved in sports
activities with his wife of 16 years and his three young children.

Jim Gareri - Regional Sales Manager
Joining our team in May of 2001, Jim Gareri has quickly risen
to the top in this field. Jim was promoted to Regional Manager in
late 2003 after showing his dedication to the job and to his future
with American Finasco. Jim has successfully trained and mentored
other successful sales consultants during his time as a Regional
Manager. Jim manages the central/midwestern region of the country.
Meanwhile, Jim keeps an extremely active client base in Cleveland
and surrounding areas in which he represents. Jim has successfully
met or exceeded his previous years numbers each year he has been
with us. We take great pride in Jim’s work and work ethics and are
enthusiastic about continuing to watch him grow in success.
In January 2006, Jim received the award for “Top of American
Finasco”. This award is recognition for the most valuble performance
in the year 2005. In January 2007, Jim received the award
for "Top Sales Performance" in 2006. He also entered "The
Millionaires Club" at this time. We are confident that Jim
will continue to set high standards for our sales organization.
Jim has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Hiram College.
He has been happily married for 30 years to his wife Paula and they
have 4 children.

Jim Kirkman - Regional Sales Manager
Jim Kirkman began selling the American Finasco service in 1988 shortly
after the company was first established. Jim has contributed to
the very roots of American Finasco and is largely responsible for
helping to fine tune and develop the extraordinary service that
we offer today. Jim has directly assigned hundreds of businesses
to American Finasco, which in turn has resulted in debt restructuring,
and helped to save their businesses and avoid bankruptcy.
Jim has received more awards during his tenure with American Finasco
than any other person. He received the “Top of American Finasco”
for four years 1992, 1997, 2000 and 2003. Jim has also placed on
the “American Finasco All Star Team” for seven years 1995, 1996,
1997, 1998, 1999, 2003, 2004 and 2005. His accomplishments in sales
were also recognized in January 2005 when he was inducted into “The
Millionaires Club”.
Jim is a Regional Sales Manager and has himself trained some of
the finest sales representatives American Finasco has ever had.
Jim represents the Dallas, TX market and is a Regional Manager to
the Northwestern region of the country.
Jim has a B.S. in Engineering Operations from N.C. State University
in Raleigh, N.C. His two children are both graduates of the University
of Texas in Austin, and each has three children.
When not helping clients, Jim and Tammy (his wife of 41 years) love
to spend time spoiling their six grandchildren. Jim also has a
serious passion for fishing and takes time each year to pursue that
passion.
