began his career in the financial services industry with New York based Channel Capital Group, a subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners, running a platform that focused on marketing early stage hedge fund managers. He was one of the original employees and spent ten years with the firm before returning to his hometown of Houston, Texas to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.
With a desire to work with small businesses and startups, Napoleon began his efforts brokering merchant services and business financing products primarily through word of mouth networking.He developed a local presence through involvement and leadership in local organization such as holding committee chair positions with the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce and co-founding the Jersey Village Professional Networking Group. He also manages the Texas region for FundingPost.com which hosts quarterly events for venture capital and angel investors.
After witnessing numerous businesses with substantial debt problems, he searched for solutions that did not involve more debt. He found American Finasco and joined the firm in 2017 with the hopes of helping more business owners stay in business.
Napoleon graduated from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, in 2000 with a degree in finance.
