With over 45 years of business management, technology and sales experience, and four successful businesses Kevin, has become an expert in the following sectors: (1) Management, Deployment and Integration of a wide variety of Information Technology systems (hardware and software), (2) Sales & Marketing strategies and closing techniques, as well as (3) Commercial Real Estate transactions, including property underwriting, financing (equity and debt), property acquisitions, and dispositions.

Kevin served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and started his first internet business in 1995. Throughout his career he has stayed on the leading edge of technology. Over the past 15 years, utilizing his technology and financial skills, he has concentrated on commercial real estate financing (both debt and equity).

Kevin has a strong business background with small to mid-sized companies. This experiences makes him aware of the critical need for business debt management and how to best serve the clients of American Finasco. Kevin is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
